Senfi Video Adapter

The Senfi Video Adapter is available to onboarded partners only. If you would like to join as a Senfi partner, please send us an email with your organization name and contact details.

Note: Mandatory fields are marked with an ‘*’.

Steps

1. Request for a copy of the Video Adapter installer by sending an email to us.
2. Run the installer on a Windows machine.
   • Once done, a Desktop and Start Menu shortcut for the Video Adapter will be created.
3. Open the Video Adapter and login to Senfi using your CMS Username and Password.
   • Server / Gateway Hostname: app.senfi.io
4. Fill in the Video Adapter Name.
5. Generate an integration key/secret pair in the CMS and fill it in.
6. Select "REGISTER".
7. Select "MANAGE STREAM".
8. Select Add.
9. Fill in Stream Name.
10. Select Stream Type from the dropdown list.
    • RTSP
    • ONVIF
11. Fill in the necessary fields depending on Stream Type chosen.
12. Preview stream by selecting "PREVIEW" beside "Source URL" (Optional).
13. Select "ADD" to add stream.
