Contents
Organization
An Organization represents the entity (eg. company, individual) that is responsible for managing the account that uses Senfi. An Organization can have Users, Sites, Assets, Measurements, Video Adapters, Connectors, API keys. These can be further organized into smaller groups also known as Access groups. An Organization comprises at least one User with Administrator Role. Users with Administrator Role are able to manage other users, including user account creation/deletion, user roles etc. Following are the general settings applied across all user accounts under the same organization:
Organization Information
- Organization Name
- Name given to the Organization. E.g. Company name, Parent group name
- Contact Person
- Name of the main contact person in charge of this organization
- Address
- Address of the Organization
- Email of the contact person
- Contact Number
- Contact Number of the contact person
Localization
- Content Locales
- Locales that the content of Senfi can be displayed in. English is available as the default content locale. Administrator can add more locales to the list as required.
- Default Content Locale
- The default locale to be used when displaying content on Digital Twin and CMS for this organization.
- Default UI Locale
- The default locale to be used when displaying UI on Digital Twin and CMS for this organization.
- UTC Offset
- The time zone to be used for this organization.
- Date Time Display Format
- The format of date, time display for this organization.
Authentication
- User Session Expiry
- Decides the time length each user session is before user is required to login again. Administrator can configure different settings for CMS, Digital Twin and VAS.
- oAuth + OpenID Connect
- Setup information required for using of OpenID for single sign-on authentication.
